Good product. Nice and stretchy, plus it goes a bit further down the shaft, which is what I was looking for. However, there's a hole in the tip allowing air to flow in. When stretching, instead of creating tension for lengthening, it just pulls the skin over the glans. I've had to come up with some work-arounds. Get rid of the hole and it's a 5 out of 5.

I notice the replacement sleeves are poor quality and isn't durable. If anyone want the silistretcher to work you have to make the 250.00 investment or buy it all over again because that is the only time you will get durable and quality sleeves.

There was a small hole in the cap so it was useless.
