Our MityVac systems are designed so you can begin with a starter pump setup and once you out-grow your starter system all you have to do is simply upgrade to a new larger MityVac cylinder to save money and keep building penis size.

Our MityVac cylinders are available with inside usable lengths ranging from 9.25" (235mm) up to 12" (305mm) long. Each MityVac is handcrafted with 4mm lab-grade cast acrylic walls.

Each MityVac cylinder comes standard with a premium acetal quick-connect valve that traps vacuum once the pump is disconnected from the cylinder. We also include a connecting air hose to connect to your pump gun of choice.

As a bonus, we also include a MitySleev comfort pad with each MityVac cylinder.

the valve seems to be broken. it cant hold the vacuum. i tried to contact the customer service a couple of times but nobody answered

Great cylinder

cylinder was well packed and works as expected.

This item works well, though I found that it had a vacuum leak at the valve, so I replaced the O-ring and now it seals tightly. I like it.

Great

I use the sleeve for pumping, I already have a lot of girth and my old sleeve was stretched out so I needed a new one. This is my first time with the durosleve and it works great i can actually pump higher and longer without my penis swelling up to much.

Split After Second Use

First time I used it was great. The second time and it split apart at the bottom two inches, so now it's unfortunately useless.

No instructions on how to put it on

No instructions on how to put it on. I can’t stretch it wide enough. Tried rolling it but can’t get it on.

Could be better

The design is pretty good but needs improvement.
Right out of the box I had some issues. The one way valve on the bulb that you use to create suction fell out of the bulb twice and then leaked. The way the bulb attaches to the glans compartment leaks. The one way valve that the bulb is supposed to pull air through was stuck shut. There is no way to release the suction on my penis head when I'm done stretching. The base which is horse shoe shaped is really uncomfortable, make it a complete circle.
