Our MitySleevs prevent your testicles from being vacuumed into your penis pump and add an extra level of comfort during pumping sessions. MitySleevs work with all penis pump cylinder types including hydro penis pumps and dry vacuum penis pumps.
The MitySleev creates an extra secured seal between your pump cylinder and penis by gripping the base of your penis. This eliminates the need to shave pubic hair to gain a better seal.
Made from medical-grade comfortable silicone, these comfort sleeves ensure excellent performance with your hydropump or standard penis pumps.

Update: You now have the option to choose a Standard MitySleev for standard vacuum penis pumps in sizes up to 2" or a MitySleev for Bathmate and Hydro penis pumps which will also work for regular penis pumps from 2" up to 2.25".
Note: If the seal is too tight for your girth, apply the MitySleev to a pipe that is as thick or slightly thicker than your girth and let sit for 24 hours. If you don't follow this procedure, you may risk ripping the sleeve from use.
IMPORTANT
The Standard MitySleev only works on standard penis pumps up to 2" in diameter and will Not work on Bathmates.
The Bathmate MitySleev only works on Bathmate pumps and standard penis pumps from 2" up to 2.25" in diameter and is not to be used with full package pump cylinders 2.5" and over.

Not used yet but previous one is still working fine
I do like the way it feels while pumping, but even though I use lots of lube the sleeve has tore in a few places. I do not believe this is suitable for a 2 1/2" diameter cylinder. It seemed like it was stretched quite a bit. I have an email to MOS to see if they'll do something about it. I'll update my review if they have a reasonable solution.
I bought one recently and after one use it was torn(burst).I was not pleased about this.The material for this sleeve wasn't strong.
