Shipping policy

ShopMOS is located in the USA and processes orders within two business days. We ship all over the world with USPS, UPS, and DHL.

USA DOMESTIC SHIPPING
The typical free shipping time in the US is 2-5 days with USPS once your order leaves our shop. Occasionally, we use UPS for the free shipping option and the tracking number will reflect the carrier used.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We use DHL, UPS, and USPS for international shipping. The typical international shipping time for DHL is 3-days once your order leaves our shop and can be tracked door to door.

USPS: If you select the cheap USPS shipping option, the typical international shipping time is 15 days once your order leaves our shop. Also, please note with USPS, once your order leaves the USA, the tracking information can not be traced.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
If you select the express shipping option, this advances your order to ship out before other orders in our shop that have not chosen this shipping option. Express shipping does not imply that you will receive your order overnight. We still ship in the USA with our standard Priority Mail option which generally arrives to you within 2-3 business days. Holidays may alter the time that your order is shipped or delivered.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT EXERCISE WEIGHTS
By default, we do not include exercise weights for hanging when shipping internationally. We do this to save you money on shipping. In most cases, you can purchase weights locally for a fraction of what the additional shipping costs would be shipping from the USA.

If you want weights with your order, please request them in the notes at check-out and we will send you an additional invoice for shipping the weights.

As each order is custom made in house, please allow 2 business days for ShopMOS to process your order before shipping and then factor in shipping service time. If you need your order expedited, please email us your request and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Definitely not the same high quality product as previously ordered. Strength and durability was far inferior than last order. Not sure if a different product was mistakenly mailed, but this was not a quality purchase.
