Refund policy

We are so confident that you'll be happy with our products that we offer a full 60-day guarantee. Try it, use it, see the results for yourself and if you are not happy for any reason, send it back to us within 60 days for a full refund, no questions asked. This guarantee is offered on an individual basis for the first purchase only. Subsequent purchases will not be covered by the guarantee.

If you’re not 100% happy with your product within the first 60 days or simply changed your mind, please email sales@mattersofsize.com and we will send you instructions on how to return the package back to us.

Any accessories purchased with your order during the trial period are not included under the refund policy. Wear and tear items such as penis sleeves, pump sleeves, cock rings, and supplements are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons and will be deducted from the refunded amount. You may keep the sleeves whether you used them or not, as they are not returnable.

If you return your order without the original packaging and/or original accessories included, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Defective wear and tear items with a manufacturer defect will be replaced with the same item at our expense. International orders will be responsible for shipping charges on products that break outside of the return policy window.

The product will need to be returned to the manufacturer at the expense of the customer for sterilization, examination, and ultimately its' disposal. Shipping to any other address will void a refund.

LIFETIME WARRANTY
The Lifetime Warranty coverage is for one year.
