Sili 5 works, I have used several times now as a way to avoid edema while pumping. A bit difficult to stretch over the opening to my 2.25” vacuum cylinder but once installed and with lubrication it works perfectly. So far no rips or tears. Actually comfortable to leave on following my pumping routine to prevent turtling after my pumping routine
The DuroRing - Silicone Cock Rings for Harder Erections (DuroRingSet 16mm-18mm-20mm) work, but the 20mm cock ring arrived w/ a blemish/manufacturing defect, which has since turned into a tear in the inside edge, which pinches the skin on the base of my shaft. I have reached out to MOS/PPC a week ago and have test to hear anything from them. Still waiting?!..
The SiliSleve5 is difficult to put on, even when rolling it as instructed. It has deformed a bit through just three (3) uses of three (3) hours or less. I may need to go down to the 5” version as opposed to the six?! As for he DuraRings, the largest diameter cockring, (the 20mm in diameter), had a slight blemish/manufacturing defect on the inside edge and after the fourth (4th) use has developed a tear which now pinches skin. I have reached out to MOS/PPC via their Website’s chat function
