Hello Matters of Size Support Team,
I am writing to urgently request an update on my order #PPC-334794, which was placed on February 27, 2026.
A USPS tracking number (420774949334610597205237356602) was generated for my package on March 5, 2026. However, the shipping status has been stuck on "Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item" for over a week. This indicates that the shipping label was created, but the package has never been handed over to USPS for physical delivery.
I have already reached out to your team on March 13 and previously regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. The lack of communication and movement on my package is highly concerning.
Please reply to this email immediately to confirm whether my order has actually been shipped. If the items have not been shipped, I need an honest update on when they will be dropped off at USPS. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution or response promptly, I will be forced to open an "Item Not Received" dispute through PayPal to recover my funds.
