The long SiliSleev2 is intended to be used for cementing penis gains and used for penis pumping but can also be moderately used for everything else when it comes to exercise devices or manual stretching and jelqing.

The smaller diameter SiliSleev2 stretches up to four times its original size, so it can accommodate larger girths as well but will be tighter.

When using the SiliSleev2 to cement gains, the ridge of the SiliSleev2 should point towards the tip of your penis below the head. The same goes for penis traction extenders (vacuum as well). The ridge acts as a gripping point to lock the SiliSleev2 to the extender strap or around the vacuum bell.

When using the SiliSleev2 with your penis pump, the ridge goes towards the bottom of your penis, against the pelvic to act as as restriction ring to trap blood in the penis for expansion while pumping.

Not while stretching, only use lube when jelqing. Lube will cause the SiliSleev2 to slip off when stretching. Before stretching with the SiliSleev2, make sure your penis is completely clean and dry before your stretch session. You can also use MOSGrip on your penis for extra grip. A little gripping powder will help but not required.
